38-657. Long-term care insurance
The department of administration shall spend public monies appropriated to procure
long-term care coverage for full-time officers and employees of this state and its
departments and agencies. The department of administration by rule shall adopt standards
for and designate qualifying long-term plans and the eligibility of officers and
employees to participate in those plans. Any long-term plan designated as a qualifying
plan by the department of administration shall be open for enrollment to all permanent
full-time state employees.
