38-899. Correction of errors


The retirement plan shall correct errors in the records of the retirement plan. The
retirement plan shall seek to recover overpayments and shall make up
underpayments. Recovery of overpayments may be accomplished by reducing the amount of
future payments so that the actuarial present value of actual payments to the recipient
is equal to the actuarial present value of the payments to which the recipient was
correctly entitled.
