A licensee shall keep records of licensed business activity in a manner and location and for such duration as prescribed by the director. The rules of the director shall require that each on-sale retailer maintain at the licensed premises a current log of all persons employed at the licensed premises including each employee's full legal name, date and place of birth, address and responsibilities.
