40-843. Order of decision upon hearing;
allowance of time for compliance with order; review of order by
superior court; appeal


A. Within forty-five days after conclusion of a hearing held under the provisions
of this article, the commission shall issue an order dismissing the complaint or
requiring compliance with a regulation of the commission. The commission may, in its
discretion, allow the employer not to exceed forty-five days within which to comply with
an order.


B. Upon petition any order of the commission shall be reviewed by the superior
court of the county in which the place of employment is located, and in such action the
chairman of the commission shall be the defendant. The decision of the superior court
may be appealed to the supreme court.
