41-103. Receipt of military supplies


The governor may in the name of the state receive and receipt for all arms,
ammunition, accoutrements, ordnance or military stores to which the state becomes
entitled, and if a bond is required by the United States obligating the state to return
them, or pay therefor, the governor may sign, seal and deliver such bonds in the name and
on behalf of the state.
