Beginning in fiscal year 1995-1996 and each year thereafter, the legislative council
in conjunction with the senate and the house of representatives shall prepare copies of
all laws, memorials, resolutions and other official legislative actions enacted or
adopted in each session of the legislature, provide for their printing as session laws
and provide for their distribution and sale pursuant to chapter 7, article 5.1 of this
title.
