41-1684. Release of prisoner; return to state
of origin


If a prisoner in a private prison who was sentenced by a court in another state is
to be released from incarceration, the private prison contractor shall transfer or return
the prisoner to the state where the prisoner was sentenced before releasing the prisoner.
