41-1794. Additional responsibilities of
director; alcohol-related offenses; annual report
A. The director shall take such steps as are necessary to maintain effective
liaison with the department of liquor licenses and control and all local law enforcement
agencies regarding the consumption of spirituous liquor by persons under the age of
twenty-one years.
B. All local law enforcement agencies and the department shall forward all
investigative reports of licensee violations of title 4 or department of liquor licenses
and control rules to the department of liquor licenses and control.
C. The director shall submit by September 30 of each year an annual report to the
governor, the speaker of the house of representatives and the president of the senate
detailing liaison actions taken by the department during the previous fiscal year
regarding the liquor laws of this state including liaison actions taken against the
consumption of spirituous liquor by persons under twenty-one years of age.
