41-1960. Annual report


The director shall make an annual report of the state's economic security needs and
resources, including the use, training and placement of manpower, and his recommendations
for the forthcoming fiscal year for the state's development of relevant programs. Such
report shall be transmitted to the governor and legislature by the end of each calendar
year.
