41-2064. Technical requirements for commercial
devices
The specifications, tolerances and other technical requirements for commercial
devices as adopted by the national conference on weights and measures and published in
national institute of standards and technology handbook 44, "specifications, tolerances,
and other technical requirements for commercial weighing and measuring devices" shall
apply to commercial weighing and measuring devices in the state. The edition of the
national institute of standards and technology handbook 44 shall be determined by rule,
pursuant to section 41-2065, subsection A, paragraph 4.
