41-2174. Budget; disposition of revenues;

A. The deputy director shall annually prepare and submit a budget estimate and
appropriation request for the department pursuant to title 35, chapter 1.


B. At least once each week the deputy director shall deposit, pursuant to sections
35-146 and 35-147, all monies received by the department pursuant to this chapter in the
state general fund.
