41-2307. Tourism workshop fund; use;
exemption


A. An office of tourism workshop fund is established. All monies collected by the
office of tourism for fees, reimbursements and other operating revenue shall be
deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in the fund.


B. Monies in the fund shall be used subject to legislative appropriation for
expenses incurred for the governor's tourism conference and other projects.


C. Monies in the fund are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to
the lapsing of appropriations.
