41-2453. Officers; committees; reporting
responsibility; staff


A. The governor shall appoint the chairperson and vice-chairperson of the council
from among its membership.


B. The chairperson, with the approval of the council, may designate standing and
special committees to give focus to the concerns and priorities of the council.


C. The council is responsible to the office of the governor. The department of
economic security may provide administrative and technical assistance to the council,
subject to legislative appropriation.
