43-1153. Certificate of suspension of a
corporation


The department shall transmit the name of any corporation delinquent pursuant to
section 43-1152 to the corporation commission, and the prescribed suspension or
forfeiture shall become effective immediately and the certificate of the corporation
commission shall be prima facie evidence of such suspension or forfeiture.
