44-1243. Mixtures
A. It is unlawful for any person or corporation to mix or adulterate any gasoline
or different grades of gasoline or other motor fuel, distillate, kerosene, or lubricating
or motor oil, or fraudulently to sell or offer for sale or attempt to sell or assist in
the sale of, any of the products resulting from such mixture or adulteration as the
gasoline or specific grade of gasoline or other motor fuel, distillate, kerosene, or
lubricating or motor oil, of a brand, trademark or trade name, maintained and in general
use by the manufacturer, refiner, producer, or marketer of either or both of the products
so mixed or adulterated or by any other manufacturer, refiner, producer or marketer.
B. The provisions of subsection A shall also apply to deliveries by a tank vehicle.
