44-1303. Waste tire collection sites


An owner or operator of a waste tire collection site, within six months of the
effective date of this article, shall register with the department of environmental
quality and provide the department with information concerning the site's location and
size and the approximate number of waste tires which are stored at the site and shall
initiate steps to comply with this article.
