44-1525. Confidentiality of information or
evidence


All information or evidence provided to the attorney general shall be confidential
and shall not be made public unless in the judgment of the attorney general the ends of
justice and the public interest will be served by the publication thereof, provided that
the names of the interested parties shall not be made public.
