44-1566. Franchise termination


A supplier of beer or wholesaler of beer shall not fail to act in good faith in
performing or complying with any terms, provisions or condition of the franchise or in
terminating, canceling or not renewing a franchise. Any termination, cancellation or
failure to renew shall be done in good faith and for good cause.
