44-1712. Application of other laws; remedies

A. The provisions of this article are not exclusive and do not relieve the parties
or the contracts subject to this article from compliance with any other applicable
provision of law.


B. The remedies provided in this article for a violation of this article are in
addition to any other procedures or remedies for any violation or conduct provided for in
any other law.
