44-1747. Voidable contracts; waiver voidable;
damages for violation of article
A. Any contract for dance studio lessons and other services entered into in
reliance upon any wilful and false, fraudulent or misleading information, representation,
notice or advertisement of the dance studio shall be voidable. Any contract for dance
studio lessons and other services which does not comply with the applicable provisions of
this article shall be voidable.
B. Any waiver of the customer of the provisions of this article shall be voidable.
C. Any customer injured by a violation of this article may bring an action for the
recovery of damages. Judgment may be entered for the amount at which the actual damages
are assessed plus reasonable attorney fees.
