44-1892. Documents required for application
for registration by qualification; fee


Application for registration of securities by qualification shall be made by the
issuer of the securities by filing with the commission the following documents:


1. An application for registration of securities by qualification as provided by
section 44-1893.


2. A prospectus as provided by section 44-1894, except as provided in section
44-1901.


3. A nonrefundable registration fee of one-tenth of one per cent of the aggregate
offering price of securities to be sold in this state, but the registration fee shall not
be less than two hundred nor more than two thousand dollars. The amount by which a
registration fee exceeds one thousand five hundred dollars shall be allocated to the
commerce and economic development commission fund established by section 41-1505.10.


4. A consent to service of process as provided by section 44-1862, if the issuer is
not domiciled in this state and is not an entity organized under the laws of this state.
