44-2035. Evidence of record of
proceedings
A certificate signed by the chairman or any member of the commission or by the
director, and under seal of the commission, in regard to the record of any proceeding
under this chapter for denial, revocation or suspension of the registration of securities
or the registration of any dealer or salesman shall constitute evidence of such record
and shall be admissible in any proceeding, civil or criminal, in which such record may be
at issue.
