44-2055. Securities public reference
rooms
In order to make information about Arizona public companies more available to
investors, dealers, securities analysts, financial journalists and other interested
persons, the commission shall establish in this state one or more public reference rooms
that provide access to public information about publicly traded companies whose corporate
headquarters or principal place of business is in this state or that are listed on an
Arizona exchange.
