44-3115. Cooperation with other
agencies


The director shall cooperate with the administrators of investment adviser,
investment company and management and similar laws of other states and of the United
States and with the national association of securities dealers, inc. with a view to
achieving maximum uniformity in the interpretation and enforcement of like provisions of
the laws administered by them.
