44-6558. Exchange of information with other
states
The secretary of state may exchange with the appropriate authority of another state
or of the United States information concerning charitable organizations and contracted
fund raisers. The secretary of state may accept information filed by a charitable
organization with the appropriate authority of another state or of the United States in
lieu of the information required to be filed by the charitable organization in accordance
with the provisions of this article if the information is substantially similar to the
information required by this article.
