45-1006. Effect on water rights


A. This chapter shall not be construed to affect vested water rights.


B. Any determination made by the director for purposes of this chapter regarding
the validity, nature, extent or relative priority of a water right claimed by a party or
another person is not binding in any other administrative proceeding or in any judicial
proceeding.
