45-405. Judicial review of decisions of the
director; assignment of actions for judicial review
A. This section and sections 45-406 and 45-407 govern all actions for judicial
review of decisions of the director under this chapter, except those decisions made
pursuant to section 45-476.01, subsection E. An action for judicial review under this
chapter extends to all questions of law and fact presented by the record.
B. Administrative and public hearings shall be recorded manually or
electronically. If the person seeks judicial review of a decision of the director, a
transcript shall be made as provided by law.
C. Each action for judicial review under this chapter shall be assigned to a judge
whom the chief justice of the supreme court has specifically designated, pursuant to
section 45-406, to hear actions for judicial review under this chapter.
