48-1817. Refunding bonds


Refunding bonds may be issued to refund any outstanding bonds issued pursuant to
this article. These bonds shall be designated as refunding bonds and shall be secured by
all or part of the revenues of the district or all or any part of revenues pledged to the
bonds that have been refunded.
