48-2423. Annual financial report by board of
directors

The board of directors shall, on the first Tuesday in March each year, make and
immediately thereafter publish a verified statement of the financial condition of the
district, showing particularly the receipts and disbursements of the preceding year,
together with the source of the receipts and purpose of the disbursements. The
publication shall be made in at least one issue of a newspaper published in the county in
which the office of the board of directors is located.
