48-3024. Recall of directors


A director elected or appointed under this chapter shall be subject to recall by the
vote of a majority of the qualified electors of the division which he represents or of
the entire district in the case of a director at large. The proceedings for recall shall
be in all respects as provided by the constitution and laws of the state for the recall
of county officers.
