48-3075. Sale of state land; lessee on land
credited with water right acquired by payment of district
assessments
If a sale is made of state lands as described in section 48-3073, a lessee in
possession thereof at the time of sale shall, in addition to having his improvements
placed thereon appraised in the manner provided by law, be credited with the water right
acquired through the payment of the district assessments and charges paid by him, and
such water right shall be considered and appraised as an improvement made upon the lands.
