48-320. Violations; classification


An owner, lessee, tenant or person in charge of premises which have been quarantined
under the provisions of this article, who fails to obey the quarantine and any person who
interferes with the officers, agents or employees of the district in the discharge of
their duty, is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor.
