48-3471. District treasurer; district
funds
The treasurer of the county in which the district is located shall be treasurer ex
officio of the district. He shall keep all monies of the district in a separate fund, or
upon the direction of the board of trustees, in more than one separate fund, and shall
pay from such fund or funds only on warrants drawn on the fund or funds and signed by at
least two board members. All district monies shall within two weeks after receipt
thereof by the board be deposited with the treasurer by the secretary of the district.
