48-3711. Meetings of the board


The board shall hold its regular annual meeting at such time and place as may be
fixed by the board and shall hold special meetings as necessary for the transaction of
business. Special meetings shall be called by the president of the board or upon request
of any two members. No business shall be transacted at any special or regular meeting of
the board in the absence of a quorum which shall consist of not less than a majority of
the appointed or elected members of the board.
