48-3734. Review; res judicata

A. The petitioner or any other party who appeared in the superior court may seek a
review of the judgment entered by the court within thirty days from the date of such
judgment by filing a petition for a special action writ in the supreme court. The
special action writ shall be given precedence over other civil actions.

B. If no petition for a special action writ is filed in the supreme court within
such thirty-day period or if filed and the judgment of the superior court is affirmed by
the supreme court, the judgment shall be conclusive as to the validity of the
contract. All issues which were or might have been raised at the hearing on the petition
shall thereafter be res judicata.
