49-1242. Drinking water revolving fund;
administration; capitalization grant transfer account


A. The drinking water revolving fund is established. The board shall administer the
fund pursuant to rule and in compliance with this article and the safe drinking water
act.


B. On notice from the board, the state treasurer shall invest and divest monies in
the fund as provided by section 35-313, and monies earned from investment shall be
credited to the fund.


C. The board shall use the monies and other assets in the fund solely for the
purposes authorized by this article.


D. The board shall establish a capitalization grant transfer account and as many
other accounts and subaccounts as required to administer the drinking water revolving
fund and any other fund administered by the board.
