49-431. Notice by building permit
agencies
All agencies that issue building permits shall examine the plans and specifications
submitted by an applicant for a building permit to determine if an installation permit
will possibly be required under the provisions of section 49-426. If it appears possible
that such installation permit will be required, the agency shall give written notice to
such applicant to contact the department and shall furnish a copy of such notice to the
county air pollution control officer and the department.
