49-486. Notice by building permit
agencies
All agencies that issue building permits shall examine the plans and specifications
submitted by an applicant for a building permit to determine if an installation permit
will possibly be required under the provisions of section 49-480. If it appears possible
that such installation permit will be required, the agency shall give written notice to
such applicant to contact the control officer or the department of environmental quality
and shall furnish a copy of such notice to the control officer and the department.
