49-722. Planning and technical
assistance


A. The department may provide technical and planning assistance as appropriate to
solid waste facility owners or operators and management agencies, including the training
of personnel.


B. Each county, city or town may render technical assistance as appropriate to the
state, counties, municipalities, local agencies, local health officers, private
industries and others in the planning and operation of solid waste facilities.
