49-865. Inspections
The department may conduct such inspections of facilities that manage special waste,
including premises and equipment, as are necessary. The department shall give the
management agency or the owner or operator of the facility the opportunity to have its
representative accompany the inspector. Within forty-five days after the date of the
inspection, the department shall provide to the facility owner or operator a copy of any
inspection report produced as a result of an inspection of that facility that occurs as
prescribed by this section.
