5-405. Form of license; display


A. Each license shall contain a statement of the name and address of the licensee,
the name of the manager and the place where bingo games are to be held.


B. Each license issued for the conduct of any game or games of bingo shall be
conspicuously displayed at the place where any game is to be conducted at all times
during any game.
