The certified public accountant hired to perform the annual audit under section 5-505, subsection A, paragraph 2 shall conduct postaudits of all accounts and transactions of the commission for each lottery game. The certified public accountant conducting an audit under this chapter shall have access and authority to examine any and all records of the commission, its redemption agents and its licensees.
