5-557. Monthly reports; annual reports

A. The director shall make a monthly report to the commission, the governor, the
speaker of the house of representatives and the president of the senate. The monthly
report shall include the total lottery revenue, prize disbursements and other expenses
for the preceding month.


B. The director shall make a report on or before August 15 of each year to the
director of the joint legislative budget committee and the director of the governor's
office of strategic planning and budgeting containing:


1. A summary of the criteria used to evaluate employee performance and distribution
of any appropriation for the preceding fiscal year as performance pay.


2. An accounting of total distributions of that appropriation.


3. The percentages of that distribution that were based on individual employee
performance and on lottery sales goals.


C. The commission shall make an annual report to the governor, the speaker of the
house of representatives and the president of the senate. The annual report shall include
a full and complete statement of lottery revenues, prize disbursements and other expenses
for the preceding years, and recommendations for amendments to this chapter as the
commission deems necessary or desirable.
