6-534. Conflicts of interest


A director, committee member, officer, agent or employee of the credit union shall
not in any manner participate, directly or indirectly, in the deliberation or the
determination of any question affecting that person's pecuniary or other personal
interest or the pecuniary interest of any organization, other than the credit union, in
which the person is directly or indirectly interested.
