6-816. Fees


A. Each application for a new license or a renewal license shall be accompanied by
the fee prescribed in section 6-126.


B. For each day a report required by section 6-832 is not received by the
department, a licensee shall pay a fee of twenty-five dollars. The superintendent may
excuse the fee for good cause if the cause is presented before the due date of the
report.
