131.330 Clerk of Board of Tax Appeals -- Appointment -- Qualifications. The Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals, subject to the provisions of KRS 18A.005 to <br>18A.185, shall appoint an executive director of the Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals with <br>the qualifications hereinafter prescribed, and such assistance as authorized by the Public <br>Protection Cabinet.
