The purpose of KRS 211.130 to 211.160 is to provide for the acceptance, custody, and <br>use, by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, of funds and properties that may be given, <br>granted, contributed, donated, bequeathed, devised, and conveyed for the hospitalization, <br>training, education, and care of individuals with severe physical disabilities, including <br>grants that may be made for said purposes by the government of the United States of <br>America. Effective: July 15, 1994 <br>History: Amended 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 405, sec. 73, effective July 15, 1994. -- Created 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 165, sec. 2, effective June 19, 1952.
