211.980 Authorization to issue administrative regulations -- Hearings. The secretary shall promulgate administrative regulations pursuant to the provisions of <br>KRS Chapter 13A dealing with vehicle tank and equipment requirements; conduct of <br>business; approval of disposal or treatment sites and methods; inspection and <br>administrative enforcement procedures, including suspension or revocation of licensing; <br>injunctive action; and any other matters deemed necessary to protect public health and the <br>environment.
