§ 3-116. Administrative penalties.
 

(a)  In general.- In lieu of or in addition to any penalty provided by this title, the Secretary may impose an administrative penalty on any person who violates any provision of this title. 

(b)  Limit.- The penalty imposed under this section may not exceed $10,000. 

(c)  Distribution of funds.- All penalties collected under this section shall be distributed to the Animal Health Fund established under § 3-117 of this subtitle. 

(d)  Regulations.- The Secretary shall adopt regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this section.
