§ 5-801. Definitions.
 

(a)  In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. 

(b)  Cooperator.- "Cooperator" means any person or federal, State or local government agency. 

(c)  Nuisance birds.- "Nuisance birds" means red-winged blackbirds (Agelaius phoeniceus), common grackles (Quiscalus quiscula), brown-headed cowbirds (Molothrus ater), starlings (Sturnus vulgaris), the monk parakeet (Myiopsitta monachus), and exotic species as determined by the Secretary when causing or about to cause economic losses to agriculture in the State.
